  • What types of treatments do you offer?
    We perform a variety of treatments that we will tailor to your specific needs. Some of the techniques we use are dry needling, soft tissue massage, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, joint mobilization, stretching, strength buliding, theraputic exercises, ice and heat, spinal adjustment and many more. Your treament will be performed in a private treatment room as well as a gym setting using a variety of rehabilitation equiptment.
  • How long does each session last?
    Generally your initial evaluation will last over an hour. This gives Ben time to evaluate your condition, provide treatment, and give home instructions. Following visits may last 45 minutes to an hour depending on your injury or treatment plan.
  • What to bring?
    Bring your ID and insurance card, physicians prescriptions, a list of current medications, MRIs, X-rays, etc. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and a pair of tennis shoes.
  • How often will I come?
    Most treatment schedules are 2-3 times a week, for 45 minutes to an hour. This may vary based on the condition of your injury as well as your physical ability. Treatment plans are usually between 6-12 weeks with periodic evaluations and follow ups from you doctor.
  • Should I bring any X-rays or MRIs with me?
    Yes, please do! Although we can request them from your Doctor's office, it is better if you provide them for us on your initial visit so we can perform a more accurate evaluation and treatment plan out the gate.
  • What to expect at my first appointment?
    There is some initial paperwork to fill out. We will make a copy of your insurance card and ID for authorization. You will meet with Ben to discuss your condition and make a plan for future appointments.
  • What conditions do you treat?
